We aim to describe all items as accurately as possible. As many of our products are handmade or personalised, slight variations in colour, size, or placement may occur. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

Orders are confirmed once payment is received in full. Payments are processed securely via trusted providers. You agree that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Please double-check spellings and details before submitting orders for personalised items -- we are not responsible for errors in personalised items. Personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.

We aim to dispatch orders by 14 days. Delivery times may vary depending on location. We are not liable for delays caused by postal services or customs.

Non personalised items may be returned within 30 days of receipt, in unused, original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.

All prices are in GBP (£) and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time.

We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury caused by improper use of our products. All items should be used under adult supervision. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with UK legal procedures.
