We want you to love your order - but if something isn't quite right, here's how we can help.

Non personalised items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order and must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are damaged due to our error. We cannot accept a return or refund if a name is mispelled not from our fault.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or sent in error. once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed between 3-5 working days.

We do not currently offer exchanges due to limited stock, but you are welcome to place a new order. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days.

If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank or PayPal again, contact your bank provider, or email us after 7+ days.
